How To: Factory Reset

From Interface

To factory reset the board with BAM navigate to the System tab and select Reset All Settings. The board will require a manual reset afterwards. Depending on the version of your firmware (versions <1.6) this will also reset your MAC address which will need to be reprogrammed. MAC Programming

Without Interface

The BAC may also be factory reset using the onboard input 0 button. Reset the board using the reset button and hold the input 0 button. After a few seconds the stat LED will start to flicker rapidly. Continue holding the button down until the flickering stops and then release. Press the input 0 button twice within three seconds to confirm. If performed correctly the STAT led will blink to indicate a successful factory reset. The BAC does not need a manual reset if the factory reset is performed this way. Depending on the version of your firmware (versions <1.6) this will also reset your MAC address which will need to be reprogrammed. MAC Programming

Issue: Device Not Discovered in BAM

Ensure both ends of the ethernet cable are fully seated. Connect the BAC to a switch / router, not directly to a PC. Ensure your local network has DHCP capability if you are using DHCP settings (on by default).
